• International: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, orders are assigned a tracking number, which is sent to the customer via email or SMS.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide correct and complete shipping details. Roverland Voyage is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Delays

Lost / Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, the customer must notify us at admin@roverland.voyage within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with our logistics provider to resolve the issue.

 

Return Shipping
