10% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the road trip is cancelled more than 60 days before the departure date.

25% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the road trip is cancelled within 45–60 days of the departure date.

50% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the road trip is cancelled within 30–45 days of the departure date.

100% of the trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee if the road trip is cancelled within 30 days of the departure date
